1. Terms and Conditions for Psychotherapy
Duration, units
The psychotherapeutic treatment is agreed and charged in units. A psychotherapeutic session lasts 50 minutes,
1.5 units 75 minutes, 2 units 100 minutes, etc.
The length of a psychotherapeutic session is agreed between therapist and client when making an appointment or , in exceptional cases, during the psychotherapeutic session. The fee note is calculated on a pro-rata basis to the above-mentioned units.
Cost subsidy for psychotherapy (by the health insurance company)
We work exclusively privately. A cost subsidy by the health insurance companies is currently possible in Denmark, partly in Austria and abroad through private supplementary insurance.
Appointment cancellation
Cancellations and postponements are possible free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed appointment, after which the fee is due in full. In exceptional cases, only EUR 25 per short-term postponement will be charged.
Discretion
Every psychotherapist is subject to the psychotherapeutic duty of confidentiality in accordance with the Psychotherapy Act. Accordingly , we guarantee that all information that has reached us in the course of psychotherapeutic treatment will be kept secret and will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances.
Settlement & Payment Terms
Psychotherapy is a medical treatment and as such exempt from VAT according to §6 para. 1 no. 19 of the German VAT Act.
Psychotherapeutic sessions are to be paid for in cash or by bank transfer. Invoices from Mag.a Christine Setz-Tchakhava MA are due promptly upon receipt, i.e. within 7 days net cash, i.e. without any deductions. In the event of default of payment by the customer, default interest in the amount of 10% p.a. can be demanded in any case. Eur 15 will be charged for a reminder letter.
2. Terms and Conditions for Coaching and Supervision
The same guidelines on cancellation conditions and confidentiality apply as those listed under GTC Point 1 (Psychotherapy). There are changes in the following points:
Duration, units:
One unit of supervision or coaching is 45 minutes, 2 units are 90 minutes, etc.
Travel fee:
If the coaching or supervision does not take place on the premises of AnimaSana.at (1030 Vienna or 9020 Klagenfurt), a travel fee will be charged according to the time required. This is agreed with the customer before the oral or written conclusion of the contract.
Fee note:
The prices are net prices, i.e. exclusive of VAT.
3. General Terms and Conditions for Psychotherapeutic Seminars
These are seminars that are advertised with the aim of self-awareness and/or psychotherapeutic work in a group or small group.
Changes in seminar times
If there is a lack of participants, the seminar can be cancelled or postponed up to 7 days before the start of the seminar by Ms. Christine Setz-Tchakhava MA. In the event of a cancellation, the seminar fee will be refunded in full , but there are no claims for reimbursement of any cancellation costs for travel and/or stay.
Seminar cancellation
The registration is binding after confirmation of registration, even if the seminar fee has not yet been transferred.
If you cancel your registration up to 2 weeks before the start of the seminar, the seminar fee will be refunded minus a processing fee. In case of later cancellation, the seminar fee minus the processing fee will only be refunded if a substitute participant is named. If no substitute participant is named, the entire seminar fee is due.
These cancellation guidelines also apply to events that are not publicly advertised, but to individual events that have been individually agreed with the client (e.g. for Walk & Talk events for which a personal appointment has been arranged with the client).
Discretion
For psychotherapeutic seminars "Parent Counseling, Couples Therapy Seminars", the confidentiality obligations according to the Psychotherapy Act apply . Accordingly , we guarantee that all information that has reached us in the course of the psychotherapeutic seminar will be kept absolutely confidential and will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances. The other participants are also subject to this duty of confidentiality.
Settlement & Payment Terms
Psychotherapeutic seminars are a medical treatment and as such exempt from VAT according to §6 para. 1 no. 19 of the German VAT Act.
The seminar fee must be transferred with the registration. The payment confirmation
will be handed out in the course of the seminar.
The seminar fee must also be paid if the seminar participant did not participate in the seminar or only partially participated in it. The invoice from Mag. Stefan Dörrer is due promptly upon receipt, i.e. within 7 days net cash, i.e. without any deductions. In the event of default of payment by the customer, default interest in the amount of 10% can be demanded in any case. In this case, a payment reminder will be sent, for which Ms. Christine Setz-Tchakhava MA will charge processing fees of EUR 15.
